The Small Print

Payment

All of our prices are quoted in US dollars and you may make payment via credit card or Paypal. We also offer direct bank transfer (EFT) in Australia if you prefer to pay in Australian dollars.

Sales Tax/GST

We are obliged to charge GST to our Australian customers. For customers outside Australia, no GST will be applied. Our shopping cart will automatically add GST to Australian delivery addresses.

Exchanges and Refunds

We hope you will love your Quince clothing! If however, you need to make a return, please contact us. We pride ourselves on hassle-free returns. Of course, clothes must be returned unworn with proof of purchase!

Where you've changed your mind, we'll happily exchange or refund but ask you to cover postage. For faulty items, we'll happily exchange or refund and will cover the postage charges. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange an exchange or refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed by the credit card companies.

Incomplete Shipments

If we have failed to deliver an item ordered and paid for, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we will send you the missing item at our expense by registered post.

Privacy Information

Your privacy is important to us. You may browse this website anonymously. Like most online businesses, we do record your website address so we can track which pages our visitors spend time on so that we can make our website a better experience for you. We cannot collect your email address, name or other personal data unless you give these details to us for example, by signing up to our newsletter.

If you are purchasing from our site, we use cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. This makes shopping more convenient for you as you do not have to re-enter the same information every time you visit.

Registration as a customer is not necessary to make a purchase. We will require your name, email, contact and payment details to enable a purchase if you do not register.

Your details will be stored securely. Your payment details are fully secured by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which provides security and data integrity for communications over the internet. Your credit card details are sent to your credit card issuer via the SSL. This site has SSL as shown by the padlock in the bottom right hand corner when you order online.

We will not disclose your personal information to anyone unless required by law, governmental inquiry or legal proceedings.

For you to make a purchase, of course we need to provide the data you give to us to the relevant credit card company, banks and payment gateway providers. These entities have privacy and security policies. We are not responsible for their use or transmission of information or the security of your information held by them.

Quince may contact customers who have purchased goods via email newsletters for special offers or other product information we think you may be interested in. We may have links to third party sites on our website. While we try to ensure that we only link to reputable entities, Quince is not responsible for any third party sites.
